Special Note: Consumable items must be ordered early enough to allow for delivery and consumption by August 31, 2008 and to insure that payment will be made out of FY2008 funds. The purchase of consumables must be charged to the fiscal year in which the delivery of the consumables occurred and they are reasonable expected to be consumed.
